Life is looking up.
While we’re still not on the other side of Covid-19, life is looking up. Rhythms are renewing, the fog is lifting and we’re starting to see hints of life post-pandemic.
This Easter at Lake Forest Church, our theme is LOOK UP and that’s our invitation to you. LOOK UP to the cross, LOOK UP and remember Jesus’ sacrifice, LOOK UP and receive His great love for you, LOOK UP to find true hope.
We look forward to sharing these online and in-person celebrations with you!
Saturday, April 3: 5pm in the Worship Center
- Socially-distanced, limited-capacity seating and mandatory masking for all guests.
- Children’s Ministry for babies-5th grade.(now full)

Sunday, April 4: 9:30am & 11:05am on the LFC Lawn
- Bring a chair or blanket for seating.
- Family-friendly, festival style.
- Childcare for infants-four years with registration.

Here are two ways you can serve others this Easter…
The Egg & Roll – Registration is closed!
Spread fun and kindness by “egging” the home of a LFC child! We’re looking for lots of LFC families to say YES to providing mini at-home egg hunts for kids 5th grade and younger.
In summary, you stuff 20ish plastic eggs with goodies (chewy candy, stickers, etc.) and on April 2 or 3, you drop off/hide the eggs in the front yard of a family (we’ll provide you with a list). Then you roll 🙂
Grocery Boxes: Share generosity and kindness by purchasing groceries for neighbors in need!
God is continuing to use YOU, Lake Forest, to bless the families of Huntington Green (a mobile home community one mile from our church) who have been particularly hit by the pandemic.
Join us in giving this Easter by providing a box of groceries (requested items provided). Every food item we donate means one more dollar that stays in their pockets to go towards providing for their families.
