Running on Empty

In this series, we will look at examples from the Bible of Jesus meeting people in their places of need, emptiness, or pain. Each of the people in these Jesus stories brings their own sense of emptiness or need. And while not all of them say “yes”, we are reminded that Jesus is the one who “came to give life, and to give it to the full.” (John 10:10).

How might Jesus want to encounter you and me this Lenten Season? What if He really is the only one who can satisfy our deepest longing and need?
