Hola a todos es una bendición ser parte del equipo de trabajo de LFC gracias por tan gran recibimiento para mi familia y yo.
Victor Leal native from Jalisco Mexico, came to the US when he was ten years old, He grew up in the City of San Fernando California and went to Gridley Elementary School, San Fernando Middle School, and Sylmar High School, with one year of College in (College of the Canyons of Santa Clarita).
For several years he work, until he decided to go back to a technical school for the Pharmacy Technician program graduating in 2005,
In the year 2001, he decide to surrender his life to Jesus and in the second year 2002 he serve as a deacon on the Latino Church, to later serve as a deacon on the Anglo Church. With lots of prayer and knowing that the seed was planted in his heart for ministry he decide to enter seminary in August 2012. And wanting to know more of his heritage he went to the STPM (The Theological Presbyterian Seminary of Mexico). Rich in history for the Latin American culture. There he met his wife Rosmi and their religious wedding was on December 2014 to have a beautiful daughter name Dara Victoria who was born in October 1st 2015.
In June of 2016 he graduated seminary also to be the first one in his generation to obtain his degree on Theology.
On the same year 2016 in the month of August he visit us for the first time and was with us for a month having to leave behind his family in Chiapas Mexico. Again with lots of prayer and in Gods timing all of them are here now since last Sunday April 8th. Glory be to God.
With the help of the Holy Spirit our goal now is to plant a Latino church in the Huntington Green neighborhood of Huntersville. So therefore we need your prayers without ceasing (1Thessa. 5:17), “and why do I said we”, because Rosmi and I are one flesh now, (Gen. 2:24) we are one in Christ, we are team players so we see each other working more like Aquila and Priscilla from the New Testament for Glory and the Kingdom of God.
I like being competitive in sports especially basketball, boxing or MMA, you name it runs through my veins. But most of all I like theological discussions, getting to know more about our gracious God.
And I will like to finish with two of our favorite bible verses.
Matthew 10:8… Freely you received, freely give.
Mark 10:45… not come to be served, but to serve…
