Dear Davidson College students,
My name is Gray Segars and I’m on staff at Lake Forest Davidson working with college students. My college experience contained some of the highest highs and lowest lows of my life. I look back at times of rich community as well as intense loneliness; times of spiritual growth set in contrast with times of intense doubt.
My name is Sadie Harden and I’m the Missions and College Resident at Lake Forest Davidson. I graduated from Davidson in 2021, and my time there was foundational in forming my understanding of faith and community. At Davidson and through volunteering as a Young Life leader, I had the chance to live in deep community and ask hard questions about faith and what it means to follow Jesus and love others.
Whether you are currently experiencing your highest highs or your lowest lows, we want to be a community where you can be encouraged, ask questions, make friends, find rest, and be loved as you discover and live out your role in God’s story. Lake Forest Davidson is having indoor, in person services at The LKN YMCA, (21300 Davidson St.) on Sunday mornings. There are two service options – 9:15 and 11am – and we hope to see you there!
